Position: Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Identify, attract, and screen qualified healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
🔹 Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screenings, resume reviews, and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and healthcare facilities.
- Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
🔹 Client & Employer Relations:
- Partner with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs and workforce challenges.
- Advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of top candidates to meet employer requirements.
🔹 Administrative & Compliance Tasks:
- Handle background checks, credential verifications, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Prepare reports on hiring metrics, candidate status, and recruitment success rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
✅ Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare staffing.
- Familiarity with hiring for roles such as registered nurses, physicians, therapists, and medical technicians.
✅ Skills: - Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting platforms.
✅ Certifications: (Preferred but not required) - Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Healthcare Recruiter (CHCR) is a plus.
